In-person only for young people under 16 years old. The session length is adapted according to the young person’s age.

Relaxation & Sophro-therapy

To create a truly tailored and holistic path to your well-being, we start with a 90-minute initial meeting, offered online or in person. This assessment informs a personalized therapy plan designed to build your enduring self-help tools. Furthermore, while sophro-therapy is a different modality than talking therapy, it can be seamlessly integrated and interwoven with your counselling sessions to provide complementary support.
